First course: Caserecce with green pesto (basil and courgettes) with toasted herb breadcrumbs

Second course: Sweet and sour beef loin with potato and cheese pie

First course: Casoncello ricotta and spinach seasoned with oil, sage, hazelnuts

First course: Spelt Fusilloni with roasted aubergine pesto and chopped hazelnuts

Second course: Sliced chicken breast and mustard and honey sauce, with baked potatoes

First course: Mezzi Paccheri with ancient Cesare tomato sauce and basil sauce

Second course: Veal belly on apple puree and liquorice; sweet and sour red onions
