Check-in time: from 4 pm to 7.30 pm
Check-out time: within 10 am
To confirm the booking we ask for 30% deposit of the total via bank transfer.
Your holiday dates dates will be guaranteed upon receipt of the bank transfer.
By completing the online booking, the room is kept blocked in your favor for the next 4 days, the time for the bank transfer to arrive. After the 4 days, if the bank transfer does not arrive, the room will be made available again (we will email you before).
For "last minute" reservations please send the receipt of the bank transfer via email.
The balance is due upon arrival, preferably by bank transfer.
Eventual extras, such as wines, can be paid together with the balance.
If you need to change your holiday dates:
- there are no charges if you communicate at least 30 days before the check-in date.
- the deposit will be lost in the event of subsequent communication (but if we manage to resell your room, we will be happy to keep the entire deposit in your favor)
The new desired dates are subject to availability and current pricing and must be within the same tourist season.
– Cancellations communicated at least 20 days before check-in: the entire deposit can be used within the following season on a new reservation (voucher).
– Cancellations communicated less than 20 days before check-in: the deposit will be forfeited.
– Last-minute cancellations communicated within 10 days of the arrival date: the balance of the entire holiday will be required.
*In all cases of cancellation: if we manage to "resell" your canceled room, you will be notified and we will be happy to transform the deposit paid into a voucher
*vouchers are not valid for new bookings with arrival dates from the last Saturday of July to the last Sunday of August
We have a Single Rate which includes half board and, having chosen to reserve the dinner service only for guests who stay overnight to guarantee maximum peace of mind, we cannot "discount" any dinners not enjoyed. The final balance will therefore remain that of the total communicated at the time of booking.
In case of anticipated departure compared to the booked dates, we will evaluate the reasons together but, given the low number of rooms in our agriturismo, we reserve the right to charge for entire total of the holiday booked.
